Describe what you know about some of the leaders that Marjane
mentions- like Castro, etc.
What I know about the Fidel Castro is that he is the leader of Cuba. I don't really know alot only that he has been ruling for a long time arround 50 years, but now he is not rulling anymore. I also know that he had the people of Cuba under control. I know that Che Guevara was also a ruler of Cuba.
Describe Marjane's relationship with god.
I think Marjane's and God's relationship is pretty cool. They talk to each other like if the were best friends. They always had their private talks. She talks to God anytime she wants. But God sometimes is not there for her. "God, where are you? That night he didn't come." (Satrapi pg. 17) I also think that she don't really talks to God. She probably imagines her self talking to him or imagines that his with her. When in reality he wasn't with her.
What does Marjane learn about her family?
Marjane finds out about her family that her grampa was a prince. The he was named a Minister. After been educated in Europe he read Marx. Then after he became a communist. So he was always sent to prison. "sometimes they put him in a cell filled with water for hours."(Satrapi pg.24)

Final Six Word Memoir

My final memoir is pretty funny to me. For my six word memoir I would write: NO! Don't know what you mean. I would write this memoir representing all the times I get really mad at my little sister. My sister always asks me the same question 'Do you know what I mean?' and I always answer the same, mad and screaming. She inspired me to write this memoir. I also chose this memoir because I kinda thought it was pretty funny. I decide to put a picture of my favorite cartoon character. I think he looks cute mad. I decided to get a mad photo of him because that is how I always feel when she asks me that question. I also chose Daffy The Duck mad because he looks good mad. This is my final memoir.
                                                           

For my blog post#2 I'm going to give my opinion on the movie Whale Rider. In my opinion I think this movie was really good. At first I thought that Pai's grandfather was right to be kind of mad, because he was caring about everyone of the tribe. But then after he was been really mean to Pai, it was just rude! I think Pai's grandmother sopported her more then her grandad. She is a women so I think ofcourse she was going to protect, and support her. I think the dying whales symbolyzed that the chosen one was among them, that the chosen one called for them. In my conclusion I think the the girl that played Pai's role was a really good actor, I also think that the man who played Pucker's role is also an amazyng actor. I really enjoyed this movie and hope I can see it again, someother time. I also hope I can show this movie to my family.
